Great service with excellent communication by Belinda on reception and the team. The supplier sent Omega the wrong part causing a small delay, however Belinda kept me up to date and they completed the job as quickly as they could. The repair work was indistinguishable from the rest of the body, great quality. Fantastic work by Richard. I'd happily recommend Omega.

The repair job was well done - happy with the service from the team for a not-at-fault door dent repair - overall a pretty good experience. The car could have been a little cleaner on the inside, as it had been washed and vacuumed upon drop-off, as I like to keep it clean being ocd, but overall, it was not too bad- it was a rainy day, so I can have some leeway here, given the weather was horrible upon pickup so to be expected but is a nice touch to come back to a clean car. The saga continues... Third visit to this garage to finally have the window trim installed—only for it to fall off the very next day. Now I’m heading back for a fourth time to (hopefully) get the job finished. Honestly, avoid this place unless you have the patience of a saint. Will it ever end?
