I work with a lot of title companies, but this team truly stands out. Their communication is excellent—always responsive, professional, and proactive. They consistently go above and beyond for our clients and our team, helping us navigate challenges smoothly and ensuring closing is a success. Their attention to detail and commitment to service make them a cut above the rest. Highly recommend!
Worst experience ever. Their system is antiquated and cumbersome. The staff, namely Zhanna and Kristy, are rude and incompetent. They turned my closing into a nightmare and refused to take accountability for their behavior. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this agency.
