I got a regular French mani and pedi. The overall experience was good, but I was a little bit confused when she asked if she could exfoliate my feet, (I assumed that would be the bottom of my feet, including my heels). However, she used a scrub paste and rubbed the tops of my feet, and didn’t exfoliate my heels or the bottom of my feet at all. so that was unusual. I would’ve liked my heels to be exfoliated. Been a loyal customer for 4 years now… very rarely had issues … I love this place but it depends on who does your nails. The female owner is fantastic!! 5 stars for her !!! She has done my nails for at least 3 years now. Last time I was in she not there but a new girl was… long hair, down with a clip. Never seen her before. she did my nails in a complete different way and I did not like the service at all. Went here on a Sunday morning as a walk-in. There were two booked clients, and Enna kindly told me she’d get back to me in 30 minutes — and she did! I requested acrylic nails and asked her to match the color of my earrings. She absolutely delivered — the shape, color, and finish were perfect! While doing my acrylic nails, I also asked for an additional pedicure. It was great — the massage chair, foot massage, and scrubbing were all gentle, quick, and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend! 🤩
