Absolutely stellar company from top to bottom. Mark the owner was very quick to respond to my calls and messages, easy to talk to, as well as extremely knowledgable and professional! Our A/C went in the hottest week of summer, and they were recommended through a family friend. - They returned my call within 5 minutes, they were out the next day to give a quote and though they were backed up they sympathized with us and prioritized our emergency situation due to having 3 little girls in 90+ weather and squeezed us in the next week despite being booked out a month. Mark and his team are fantastic. We had other HVAC companies come and look at our furnace, who all said they needed replaced. Mark figured out that it was simply the thermostat and replaced the thermostat instead of the unit. Saved us thousands!
I can't say enough good things about these guys. I was renovating an abandoned house and was in need of a furnace and ac. The next door neighbor suggested Omega, as she had just used them at her house and was very pleased. They quoted me a good price. The foreman looked over the existing furnace and said it wasn't very old and appeared to be in good working order. They could easily have sold me a new furnace.
