This is by far the worst company I've ever encountered in my life. I submitted a complaint on 8/11 because I wanted a refund for the meat I previously purchased. The manager's response was that I called WELL after the three day window to receive a refund and that the brochure CLEARLY states the product can't be refunded after three days. Terrible company who preys on people. Their "sales person" forced himself into our home and coerced us into buying cheap meat. We did not think he was going to leave until we paid him to get the heck out of our house. Slam the door in their face if someone from their company shows up at your door.
