What for 2 days then nothing can't even sign in
Omega Lending was awesome and Chad Rehlie was a great teacher through the whole process ..We bumped into some pot holes but Chad stayed on top of everything..At times MIA but understabdable ..FHA loans are complex as it is .. Thank you sir and wish to do business with in the near future.. UWM lost free $.Better luck next time ONLY if I give the opportunity to service loans for me.
Chad eliminated any and all stress that may come with buying a home. He clearly communicated what we needed to send by when along with next steps which ultimately allowed us to close 10 days faster than expected! His professionalism and responsiveness gave us peace of mind during this process. Highly recommend OLG if you’re looking for a seamless home buying experience with someone you can trust.
Not sure if I should be writing a poor review or doing a welfare check on Chad. Come to find out today that not only did he not lock in my rate but after a dozen unanswered calls to both Chad and the Omega home office my loan isn’t closing because Chad Ruehle is negligent and has compromised my loan completely. I’d be better off getting a home loan from a Taco Bell drive thru. Highly recommend Sal Cusmano and the folks at Omega if you need to finance a house. Sal was easy to work with, super responsive, knowledgeable. He was also patient as I went through the emotional roller coaster that buying a house can be. At every decision point he presented great choices, explained the pros and cons, kept the process moving swiftly but didn't make me feel rushed. My situation was a bit complex because my spouse was overseas; Sal made even that seem easy! Highly recommend.
