If I could get out of this contract I will. They are very attentive and responsive when trying to get you to sign the contract. They will send someone out the same day to see you until you sign. The person sent to you is not your representation at all. Once you get a case manager, it's all downhill from there. They will take weeks before they even contact your insurance to say they are your representation.
