Full of it. They don’t fight for anything. They lock you in the case, do absolutely nothing , or the barest of bare minimum just to keep you, with hopes your employer just throws in the flag…. Then after months of no updates, you’ll try to drop them, they’ll hit you with the lien, so you’re basically damned if you do damned if you don’t. I signed with them in feb 2026, I had to reach out for updates every month until Sept 2026 when I told them that other employees with other legal rep have already gotten settlements in less ... read more
