WSI utilizes Omega for hair testing and their team member Janet is awesome - responds positively no matter how stressed I sound and is pleasant and professional.
Having to resubmit ANOTHER hair sample because they claimed the first batch wasn't "enough" when it actually was. I used to work at a lab and 99.9% of the time, labs collect excessive amounts of a specimen and the rest isn't used or sampled, just a waste. The fact that they need a "bundle" of hair is a sheer level of pure incompetence! This is a utter & complete joke and should be embarrassed to call yourself a lab!
Fake results they do lab work and shipping in a day from Laredo??
Frauds and liars , said that I tested positive for marijuana hair follicle , IMMEDIATELY got tested and came out negative. I will be seeking legal action.
