I just want to say that I'm very happy with the services I've received from them. The technician came out on time and was very friendly. He explained everything he was doing and even showed me how to use some new features on my thermostat! He also had a great sense of humor, which made me feel very comfortable in his presence.
Tech was on time, professional, efficient and tidy. He did an excellent job and even took the time to explain how my air conditioner works to me before leaving. I contacted several other installers before contacting him because he was likewise extremely cheaply priced. I honestly don't have enough positive things to say about my time with him. He made certain that the task was done correctly and that everything was cleaned up afterward. I'd strongly suggest Omega Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning!
Communication from start to finish, full explanation and workmanship were all excellent. The ducts were fully cleaned and inspected and the team verified the systems were working correctly and not damaged before their service was started. Paul also did not try to sell additional products but we liked the service so much that we will schedule a coil cleaning in the near future. Thanks guys!!

I really enjoyed the presence and service of my technicians. They did a great job and were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I’m pleased I chose Super Service Cooling and Heating as my HVAC service provider going forward. Great job, well done. Please ask for these two when you request duct cleaning services. They were awesome!
