FIRE HAZARD! Read first! My oven has been replaced due to tripping the breaker constantly but it’s still happening. This is almost certainly due to a poorly installed breaker, but because I am able to reset it, they refuse to honor the warranty and send out an electrician. When we moved into the home, the AC was condensing so much it wasn’t working and the drain pan wasn’t even installed correctly so as to drain. Both of these issues are serious dangers. I strongly recommend considering a different builder.
