Bought the windows back in 2018 when the company REASSURED me that I will not have any dust come in the house and noise with the window brand they work with, Anlin Windows. Windows were installed all around the house. I have constant dust in the house (my old windows were better than what I have now). The salesman came on Sept 12 and I agreed to purchase six new windows. They promised the windows would be installed on Oct 3. They did not arrive and the company did not call. They finally called on Oct 12 to arrange a date to install. They arrived on Oct 15 and began to remove the windows. They did not put down a tarp over my carpet as they chipped out the windows.
