So glad I didn't believe a few reviews from "disgruntled" customers. Any company that has been in the remodeling business for 24 years is doing something right. Over 12,000 customers who are satisfied means more to me than 5 unhappy. My entire family and friends will ONLY use Omega for our home improvement needs. They are an OUTSTANDING company. Why would anyone settle for anything less than quality and service ? Omega delivers both! My home is my biggest investment-I TRUST and HIGHLY recommend OMEGA!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give this company less stars I would!! We met this company at the Pittsburgh home and garden show. The salesman comes to the house and with some but not a lot of pressure we agree to 8 new windows. The company rescheduled 3 times before someone even came to the house. The salesman had been very adamant said that it would only take 1 day to do the work for 8 windows. We have been looking to upgrade our current front door for awhile now to a more decorative and sturdy option. We also had wind damage and wanted to get that resolved. We received a cold call from Omega and it worked out very well timing wise, so we asked them to come out to discuss options. Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful.
