Omega Heating & Cooling Inc exceeded my expectations with their customer service, installation and quality of work. They did an amazing job installing our 12 ton unit on the roof of our business and they were kind enough to follow up and guide us in setting up the thermostat to maintain a comfortable temperature during our business hours. I'm very impressed and look forward to seeing them for maintenance and any service calls we might have in the future. Thank you, you are the best

Having to get both my units replaced due to age of units. 1of them got to a point of the compressor fan not kicking on. I had decided to go with Omega Heating & Cooling Inc, and set up install date. When I told them during scheduling about the one unit fan, they sent out a tech next morning to get it running decent until the new installs. Great guy came out, replaced capacitor, and up and running. Very responsive and professional both on phone and in person.

We had a whole house humidifier that stopped working and Mike did a great job with the diagnostics and narrowing down the source of the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helped answer all the questions I had. Looking forward to having him come back when we do the replacement.

Wonderful service each time! Mike was our service technician most recently and did a great job! He was polite, hard-working and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and got our AC unit up and running in no time. Highly recommend Omega Heating & Cooling Inc!

We had Benny come out to repair our 2nd floor A/C system. He is obviously knowledgeable and knows how to troubleshoot A/C problems quickly and make repairs to get your air-conditioning back up and running. He completed the work quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend Omega Heating & Cooling Inc for air-conditioning and heating repairs and equipment replacement.
