I highly recommend you not using Omega for any care for your loved one. Their workers, Liz and Kameesha left my mom without care on several situations. They don’t show up for work on time, if they show up at all, and they don’t return phone calls or reach out to let you know they’re not going to care for your loved one. Had I not been off work on several occasions my mother would’ve been without care all day without food and without any of her medication’s and I would’ve never known till that night when I got home. It took forever to get my mom a helper, we ended up having a friend apply for the position and train with them to help my mom. Now we are having a terrible time with our helper getting paid. She was hired and told she was approved for 20 hours a week to help my mom, but a month later her paychecks were still wrong! When she called and went through the gauntlet of departments, they told her my mom was approved for only 10 hours a week and regardless what she worked they wouldn’t pay her for the other hours she worked!
