Extremely Bad Charges – Paid Twice!Do not trust their pricing agreements. I paid all of the shipping costs completely upfront in Istanbul. Despite this, Omega Global Logistics hit me with a massive, unexpected $719 charge when the package arrived. This is unacceptable and incredibly deceitful billing. Avoid them at all
Very disappointing experience. We were quoted around $2,500 for customs-related services and ended up being charged nearly $18,800 after our shipment arrived. We provided all information in advance, yet no one properly explained the potential costs. The final bill was higher than the value of the machines we imported. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and unexpected charges. Not recommended.
We had a very disappointing experience with Omega Global Logistics Inc.. Before importing two machines from Turkey, we were quoted approximately $2,500 for customs-related services. We provided the HS code and all required information in advance. After the shipment arrived, we were presented with an invoice of approximately $18,800, which was far beyond what was originally discussed. Worst logistics experience we have ever had. We were quoted around $2,500 for customs services and ended up receiving invoices close to $18,800 after the shipment arrived. The additional charges exceeded the value of the machines themselves. We provided all information and customs codes beforehand, yet nobody identified any issues until it was too late. Very poor communication, lack of transparency, and unexpected costs. We cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
