Awful experience with this company. The employees are totally incompetent. I paid more than twice the originally quoted amount. Despite what we agreed on, and was on the contract, the company kept asking for partial payment along the way. We ended up paying a whole lot more. They are very unreliable. I will never use this company again.

İstanbul’dan Florida da ki evimize eşyalarımızı taşımak için Omega ile anlaştık, eşyalarımızı çok iyi paketleyememiştik ama buna rağmen en ufak bir hasar olmadan zamanında teslim aldık. Özellikle Mehmet Ali bey’e destekleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Her zaman ulaşılabilir ve yönlendirici oldu. Uluslararası taşımacılıkta biz çok memnun kaldık, herkese tavsiye ederim.

For all Global Agents, please stay away from this agent, they will make false commitments and then when they secure the business they will change everything. We lost our precious customer because of them. To specifically point out, their Air Freight Manager Cem Akbulak was so unprofessional and completely ruined our business relation due to his non commitment. I suggest no one uses them to avoid wasting their time and money.
