Very disappointing experience. We were quoted around $2,500 for customs-related services and ended up being charged nearly $18,800 after our shipment arrived. We provided all information in advance, yet no one properly explained the potential costs. The final bill was higher than the value of the machines we imported. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and unexpected charges. Not recommended.

We had a very disappointing experience with Omega Global Logistics Inc.. Before importing two machines from Turkey, we were quoted approximately $2,500 for customs-related services. We provided the HS code and all required information in advance. After the shipment arrived, we were presented with an invoice of approximately $18,800, which was far beyond what was originally discussed. The total amount of the additional charges was higher than the value of our machines, which was shocking and unacceptable from our perspective.... read more

Worst logistics experience we have ever had. We were quoted around $2,500 for customs services and ended up receiving invoices close to $18,800 after the shipment arrived. The additional charges exceeded the value of the machines themselves. We provided all information and customs codes beforehand, yet nobody identified any issues until it was too late. Very poor communication, lack of transparency, and unexpected costs. We cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

Awful experience with this company. The employees are totally incompetent. I paid more than twice the originally quoted amount. Despite what we agreed on, and was on the contract, the company kept asking for partial payment along the way. We ended up paying a whole lot more. They are very unreliable. I will never use this company again.

İstanbul’dan Florida da ki evimize eşyalarımızı taşımak için Omega ile anlaştık, eşyalarımızı çok iyi paketleyememiştik ama buna rağmen en ufak bir hasar olmadan zamanında teslim aldık. Özellikle Mehmet Ali bey’e destekleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Her zaman ulaşılabilir ve yönlendirici oldu. Uluslararası taşımacılıkta biz çok memnun kaldık, herkese tavsiye ederim.
