Very professional and timely. They are great in keeping communication and they set expectations very well - everything went as planned and I highly recommend them. Especially many thanks to Özge for customs and Mehmet Ali for ground transport coordination!
For all Global Agents, please stay away from this agent, they will make false commitments and then when they secure the business they will change everything. We lost our precious customer because of them. To specifically point out, their Air Freight Manager Cem Akbulak was so unprofessional and completely ruined our business relation due to his non commitment. I suggest no one uses them to avoid wasting their time and money.
