Buckle in, this one is a ride. I had the WORST experience of my life. Dr. Vilos had a terrible bedside manner with me. I went in December 2024. He came in, diagnosed me with PCOS, told me my BMI is too high and said if I didn't start taking birth control I would likely get ovarian cancer. My periods have been absent since I was 18 and I'm 27 now. I told him I didn't want to be on birth control and he said I needed to or I was going to get cancer. Then left. Visited this clinic for an appointment/inquiry in person as advised by the other clinic doctor. The receptionist direct me to the website to get the appointment online and that I also need a referral from the doctor. I did what she told me. I got an email notification, but it says that I have to wait for weeks to be called to have an appointment.
