Not easy to get appointments in a reasonable amount of time
I cannot stress how amazing Omega Fertility is. From start to finish, everyone's been supportive and professional. Particularly Dr. Brock, who has astounded me in his attention to detail and care, especially for somone so accredited and esteemed in their respective field.
Dr. Kasma (I’m not sure if I spelt that right but middle aged blonde lady) was the first doctor to work on my case. She was incredibly heartless, not personable and lacked beside manors. Since she works in such a sensitive environment, I would highly suggest for her to take a course on patient care. Dr.Vilos office was next to work on my case. About 3 months ago or so, we visited the Omega Fertility clinic and we couldn't believe how terribly treated we were there. The lady that we had the appointment with, treated our appointment like we were both going to a job interview or something. Her first question to both of us was, what do you guys do for a living, (that wasn't at all how I thought the conversation was going to start and what does that have to do with us trying to get pregnant), followed by our ages.
