This place showed up on my dental provider list and I had my teeth cleaned here recently. The front staff was friendly and dentist (Dr. Chan?) checked out my teeth. No major problems, luckily. My only complaint is that they aren't always available, so I needed to make sure I took the right days off from work. Otherwise, good, overall.
My wife and I have been patients for several years and always had good experiences. The office is clean and staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Hoàng always explained what she will be doing, have us understand and feel comfortable.
Was at this place last week. Wanted to wait till the extraction healed before I write this review. I really like how the dentist talked me through all the details service I was getting. He was very gentle and made it less painful than I thought. Will definitely come back for other services I have.
This place has changed for the worse, this place was open more than it is now. They are even closed when there supposed to be open. This place needs to be checked by the B.B.B. & that’s a minus star
This office is very dingy/dirty. Taking ex-rays was awful as they have outdated appliances and place huge pieces of equipment into your mouth. I was told I was going to get referred to a ortho in November of 2022 for a "calcium deposit" on a front tooth. Never heard from them again. I called 3 times and they never picked up. Its a shame because the dentist was super nice. They also charged me WAY too much for a yearly cleaning/check-up (Yes, they accepted my insurance).
