A total waste of time. Doctor's assistant did my actual vision exam. All Dr. Kline did was check for cataracts, etc... Charged me my co-pay. Acceptable. Then his staff charged me additional for my prescription because I "was out of network," even though I was in network for the exam. Go figure. Had the new lenses made elsewhere. Can't see worth crap!! They checked them against the script that the office wrote TWICE. Now I'm out the monies spent at this office, and the cost for the new lenses. No wait time and nice,polite staff. Those were the only good things. I should’ve never listen to the good comments here. The doctor seemed very rushed, didn’t explain what he was doing while he was doing it. He has zero bedside manners and no people skills. I would Definitely never make the mistake of doing back there again. There are many ophthalmologist out there. I’ve been to the ophthalmologist by the ihop on sample and what a difference. I have been seeing Dr. Kline for 3 months and my eye problem had no improvements. I saw another Dr who prescribed me 4 eye drops to take every 2 hours and my eye feels much better in less than 48 hours. Appearantly, my eye issue was much bigger then what Dr. Kline made it seem to be... Dr. Kline is a nice Dr and goes above and beyond to make you feel “comfortable” but I am upset that he wasn’t able to treat my symptoms correctly, given that he had 3 months to do so...
