Igor successfully completed a difficult T/I buildout project at our property in Carmel. Igor had subs that were clean and efficient, and in a situation where a sub didn't follow through to 100% satisfaction, he made it right and brought the job to the finish line. The finished product is beautiful.
have been working in nail salons for over 20 years. The first time I had a very terrible and bossy contractor. He did what he wanted without listening to anyone and was very nice. The contract for the salon was $136,000 and he made $185,00. He is a very good salesman. There were many mistakes made by his team during the work. I had to spend almost $5000 to fix his mistakes. The deadline was 3 months but he extended it to 6 months to complete. I'm continuing to do lawsuits with him
