Made the buying process easy and fast, personally dropped off necessities (toilet paper, paper towel, etc) when we moved in and fixed anything that looked off immediately. Homes are reasonably priced and paid closing costs. They showed us how to use things in our new home and kept up with communication whenever we needed even to this day. Also, we moved in Christmas time so they gave us Christmas decor (lights for house and tree garlands) which is a kind gesture.
Omega was great in working with us when purchasing a home. Jason and Joycelyn were amazing and addressed any question or issue we had before moving into our home. Loved it.
Love our home but warranty request are like pulling teeth. "acts of God" has to be one of the most used words for a 1 year old home with them. We had a rental built by them that never received all of the repairs.
Omega has done a good job finishing the house and addressing the few small items we've found. So far, the two biggest faults are 1) the yard is partially a swamp because there is no drainage and the sprinkler water flows to one corner and 2) you can get a truck into the garage (we're expecting egg-sized hail tonight) BUT you will basically have to climb under it to get out of the garage, because there isn't enough room to use the door to the house.
