I started taking the pills and using the shampoo and conditioner last month and around the third week I started noticing the changes. My hair wasn't falling as much and my hair looked thicker, shiny and healthier. I’m so happy because I have spent so much money on treatments and this is the first time that I see results. You need to be consistent taking the pills and using hair products.
