Omega Automotive is a great place to take your care for service. Owners Carlos & Guille, Son Paul and manager Eric make you feel like you are a part of their extended family. You will get a detailed inspection and explanations of what needs to be done presently and for future in order of importance along with price points. They go above and beyond with customer service! Had a great experience at Omega Auto! They fixed the serpentine belt, installed a new battery, and took care of a few other small repairs on our Nissan Rogue. Eric was awesome—super clear with communication, explained everything in a way that made sense, and was really helpful without being pushy. He suggested a few other things to look out for down the line but never pressured us at all. Really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Definitely coming back here for future work!
