Had a great experience at Omega Auto! They fixed the serpentine belt, installed a new battery, and took care of a few other small repairs on our Nissan Rogue. Eric was awesome—super clear with communication, explained everything in a way that made sense, and was really helpful without being pushy. He suggested a few other things to look out for down the line but never pressured us at all. Really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Definitely coming back here for future work!
I bring my Honda CRV to Omega Automotive because they deliver on their word as far as timing, pricing and results. My car is running great and they inform me about needed repairs with plenty of time so I can plan accordingly with my time and budget. Carlos, Erick and repair folks are all friendly and polite.
