To the point…Walked in after I was referred and they showed me what the fixes looked like…Then I dropped my car when asked to and everything was handled to great detail…Carlos and his team were extremely good to me and most importantly were their word! This after I had went to 3 other body shops that moved shady and I simply did not trust them…Breath of fresh air to find the right guys!!! Thank you Omega Automotive, I love the results!
My neighbor said Omega Automotive was the best and she wasn't kidding. From the time that Mike gave me the estimate to the moment I paid the bill and left, I was treated like royalty. He was very fair and honest. He gave me the best deal possible. David did beautiful work on the car. Everything was done in the time promised. I recently took my car to Omega Automotive for a paint job on the hood of my 2015 Jeep. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Mike took the time to explain the step by step process of how they would paint my car. There was an issue that came up with the paint outcome, however Mike went above and beyond and kept me updated. I can't recommend this place enough! After being told by other mechanics that I needed to replace my transmission because it was stuck in 1st gear, Eric and the team diagnosed the issue and we're able repair it for a reasonable price. Turns out the Transmission was stuck in limp mode and needed to be reset for it to resume shifting properly. I have taken my car to Omega several times for servicing and repairs. I am always satisfied with the work. The communication is good and they have a nice way of talking to customers, unlike most other shops. Every time, the work has been completed when promised. I plan on returning in the future.
