Nancy is very kind. Truly and tries to help the best she can and the car we purchased has worked pretty well for what we bought it for. That being said. Customer service is not the best. It’s very hard to get in touch with anyone and they never respond. You have to call multiple times and email and then wait a long time for anyone to get back to you. I purchased my car on Feb and didn’t get my license plate till the end of April. And I still haven’t received my real registration.
They will scam you and make you pay fees even when the car doesn't work day 2 off the lot.

Good people! Great business! Has great selection of cars.
don’t buy your cars from here. after purchasing a car from here and them telling us it passed all the inspections and was nothing was wrong with it, problems started to pop up. problems that had been there way before we purchased. they WILL rip you off.
