Bought wheels and tires a week ago and no phone calls and can’t get them to pick up the phone. For 2000$ I expect people to let me know updates. I’ll be asking for my money back. I’ll go there tomorrow 20th of march 2024

Horrible experience…took car to them for a simple belt replacement, breaks a wheel on the pulley system, doesn’t tell me, instead gives it back to my wife with an extreme rattling and tells her it’s the new belt settling then closes shop and leaves, car makes it 5 minutes out of town and breaks down. Took it back next day, orders new wheel, puts it in, then calls me to tell me my compressor is shot. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I brought my 2003 GMC Yukon there to diagnose a long crank condition and they came back with 0 diagnostic knowledge & did not have any idea of what the issue may be, refused to give me details about the live data they pulled. I was told it could be an air filter issue as my vehicle was not displaying any DTC/ engine codes. Even though i had asked to have fuel system/injectors diagnosed. Nice dudes that work there but the price of the last repair was way too much $560 for one down pipe and a short pipe on the passanger side which somehow took 3 hours if i had the time i would have just done it myself instead would have maybe been an hour of work .. Should have only been about $200
