I contacted Lin McKenzie to discuss cold water charges that had been issued, despite our tenancy agreement explicitly stating we are only responsible for hot water. During the phone call, she interrupted me multiple times, and when I expressed that I did not appreciate being spoken over and raised her voice, she responded with a dismissive “me too.” This interaction demonstrated, in my view, poor communication skills, lack of professionalism, and disregard for tenants’ concerns.
