I'm disappointed in the customer service and the cost. While I was driving my '07 Jetta, 5 warning lights came on at the same time. My car wasn't driving different, but I wanted to be sure my car was safe to drive. I called Omeara VW Service to schedule a diagnostic, their availability was 2 weeks out. When I arrived, they explained to me that there was a $205 diagnostic fee per warning light and that it would be over a $1000 just to tell me what was wrong with the car and the diagnostic fee would not be applied to the repai... read more
Was told very rudely that they couldn’t fix my Volkswagen. That Volkswagen would have to fix it. What?! It’s not often that I walk into a shop and within two minutes am treated so poorly that I storm out in a rage but these guys seem to pride themselves on that level of service.
I had a poor experience at this VW service center. The man at the front counter (Michael) was friendly, understanding, and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, the service manager (Tim) I spoke with was dismissive and did not take my concerns seriously. I was experiencing issues with the car’s safety features, and he insisted the problem was due to me not wearing a seatbelt—even after I clearly stated multiple times that I always wear it and was wearing it at the time of the incident.
