The service desk was awful. I had to remind them 3 times we had a warranty, communication and replies were non existent. Isaac failed to mention EACH diagnosis was a $250 fee. The first was an issue we had ALREADY diagnosed but they had no record of and re-charged us. The second was for an AC issue thankfully he wasn't aware the were NOT CAPABLE of doing it and we dodged that second charge. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Big thanks to Issac! He's been a lifesaver with my car issues. I lucked out working with him since he has a similar car and gets my vehicle questions and troubles. He's been super sincere by goning above and beyond. Also a shout out to the manager Tim for being there for all my random questions and understanding my nonsense with car stuff. I sincerely appreciate all of the help you all have done. With all the years of being through service centers, this is my #1 location. Thanks again !
After bringing my vehicle in for service, it was returned to me with an active oil leak that had not been disclosed, or addressed prior to release. After leaving the dealership, I discovered a video from the service tech saying that I have a pretty big oil leak—an issue that should have been caught and communicated while the vehicle was still in your possession, especially given that I was there specifically for an oil change.
