I was stuck with car trouble on a road trip and Paul was amazing he got me in right away and got my car fixed up so I could safely finish my trip! 120% would recommend them!
Repair was done correctly and priced as expected. But, for the first time in the many many many years, we have come to Omeara for our dealer servicing, I was thoroughly disappointed in it taking nearly a week before our car even moved in to be looked at. From the appointment setter to the service tech everything was fabulous. They worked with me on my schedule for.my service. They sent out a mobile service technician that fixed my car at my work. So very friendly staffing helpful.
They were good about providing me with a list of things they did to my truck for the full service oil change. Except they did not did not rotate my tires as they told me they did. After I pointed it out I did have to wait around for them to rotate them but did not check the tire pressure. Now I question if they actually changed my oil or preform the full service on my truck. The last full service they only put 1 container of DEF when the gauge said empty. They did add another container when I pointed it out. The time before ... read more
