Great service department. Kelsey was fantastic.
All in all this was a pretty bad experience. I picked the truck negotiated price. From there it was all bait and switch. My sales rep never showed me one feature of the car, couldn’t get the app working, and onto it off when I went to leave he handed me only one key. When asked why he said that’s just the way it is and ‘I know you already signed’. When I asked him why back cover didn’t work he said ‘batteries are probably dead change those when you get home’.
