brought my car in for service at the Ford center on April 14 and was assisted by Tony. I was completely satisfied with the service and the warm welcome from the entire staff, starting right at the entrance. Big thanks and kudos to the team for a great experience!
Charge $250 to Miss diagnose problem. When the code reader check engine light code told them exactly what the problem was. Then charge me 300 plus dollars to replace a sensor That was not the problem and did not fix the problem. I then replaced the thermostat, which was $20 and 20 minutes of my time. Do not go here unless you have plenty of time and money to waste on not actually fixing the problem. This used to be a very honest and good place to take your vehicles, not anymore, stay away.

The O'Meara Ford service department is awesome! Their staff is helpful and friendly. It's so easy to get an appointment. They keep you updated on the service progress and get you back on the road. They also have a mobile service that comes to your home for certain recalls and some other services!
