I do not write reviews often, but I have never received as exceptional service as I did at O’Merea collision center. Jim and his team at the collision center are excellent. They provided me the best service I could ask for. Jim made sure all of my questions got answered and was more than happy to assist with any problem that I had. Iva (I think is her name) at the front desk was wonderful to work with as well. If I ever need body work on my car again, I will be sure to return to O’Merea!

The shop did a great job assessing our vehicles damage and working with our insurance company in a timely manner! They were in good communication during the process.
Francesca is super unprofessional and rude. She can’t be bothered to do her job you have to wait for her to respond to you when she feels like it. Every time I would ask for an update or any information regarding my repairs I was blown off and had to wait until it was convenient to her to give me any information. She treats people poorly and talks to people like they are beneath her.
