As always, my visit was nothing but amazing from start to finish. Easy check in. Short wait. Knowledgeable staff. Clean facilities. Susie got me quickly checked in. Only a few forms to update. Kairi was so nice getting my health information and history updated. Jennifer Rhoads was engaged and knowledgeable during my visit. She made me feel heard and comfortable. Stacey in lab got my blood easily on the first stick. Debbie got my next appointment scheduled before I left. Great experience. 10/10 Thank you!
The older woman at the front desk is very unprofessional and rude! I had an appt, never been there before. When appt was made staff failed to inform me that my children were not allowed. As I arrived for my appt with my baby and 5 yr old this woman very hatefully tells me my children aren't allowed and I would have been told that when making my appt. I was not told, but due to lack of information and her hateful unprofessional behavior I will not be back to this office.
Dr. Crespo and his nurse are amazingly kind and compassionate! I’m in significant pain due to an accident I was in almost three years ago, and they were surprisingly patient and empathetic with me throughout the entire visit. I felt heard, respected, and cared for. I will strongly recommend him and all of the staff at OZH Women’s Health Care Clinic to everyone I know and meet!
