Sales team is pretty good, sure know their stuff. Tend to oversell, what we got isn't really suitable for the job, even it's the "top of the range".Would have been appreciated if they warned us about the high cost, long waiting times to get warranty sorted (no machine means no work done for our customers ) and lack of durability on the replacement parts on the Canycom's. Internal communication could do with some improvement as well.
OMC is a great company to work with, great machinery and service.
Pretty ho hum service to be fair. Purchased a brand new Honda mower. First said they couldn't deliver it, then when they did never showed my husband how it worked. No petrol or oil in mower. Yes you read correctly, no oil. Engine seized and they had to replace it. Pleased they did, but pretty average sales and service from a local company with whom we chose to pay more for our mower, rather than another dealer in the Nth Island, who would have been way way cheaper and delivered better service. I have used OMC on two seperate occasions, their product knowledge, service and after care cannot be faulted. Would I buy from then again, 100% I would and will.
Excellent and very professional. Good communication with Manfred Watt during the sales process that has lead to an hassle free trade and delivery of the Bobcat ZT3000 mower.
