After I wrote my review in the Facebook page of this salon they deleted it. Just wanted to make sure everyone knows about the service I got with Carolina. I requested the highlights on picture 1 and got the one in picture 2. Upon requesting a fixture she replied rudely and unprofessional.
I had requested the highlight in the first picture and I got the second 1! They barely match 1%. Upon requesting a refund as my whites are still showing up, Carolina refused to do so and rudely responded back!
