I visited this salon back when it was located in Clarendon, though I understand the name and location have since changed. Unfortunately, that doesn’t change how poor the experience was. I went in specifically asking for highlights, and instead of offering solutions, Marwa told me it was “too difficult” to do highlights on my hair. I can’t thank Marwa enough! While on a trip, another hairstylist completely ruined my hair—changing the color, damaging the texture, and leaving me feeling so discouraged about how it looked. I reached out to Marwa right away, and she was incredibly understanding. She offered me a consultation appointment immediately and made me feel hopeful again. Tried a few salons before, but this one stood out. Great service, professional staff, and a relaxing vibe. Glad I found it, highly reccomend.
They took such great care of me fixing my highlights and balayage coloring. Jonathon was so great and patient.
If you value professionalism, honesty, and basic customer service, stay far away from Ombre Salon. The owner, Marwa, is condescending, dismissive, and completely unprofessional when handling customer concerns. Instead of listening and making things right, she gaslights clients, refuses to take accountability, and then mocks them online.
