If you value professionalism, honesty, and basic customer service, stay far away from Ombre Salon. The owner, Marwa, is condescending, dismissive, and completely unprofessional when handling customer concerns. Instead of listening and making things right, she gaslights clients, refuses to take accountability, and then mocks them online. I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and leave every single time so happy with Marwa and her team. Not only does she have the skill but she and her team have the knowledge too to keep your hair looking healthy and stunning.

I love coming to Ombré! Marwa, the salon owner, is amazing. I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain every step of the process, so I always know what’s happening when she applies the color. She prioritizes hair health and truly listens to what you want, unlike many stylists who often do what they think looks best. Marwa ensures she understands your vision and delivers exactly what you’re looking for and now I refuse to go anywhere else!

Marwa did an amazing job with my color correction! I went from looking orange/brassy to the beautiful blonde balayage I was looking for. She offered tips and recommendations on how to maintain it too.

Omg Marwa is INCREDIBLE!!! She is skilled and efficient! I asked for long layers and she executed them PERFECTLY!! I couldn’t be more happy with the result. Side note: The salon is ADORABLE💇‍♀️💞
