Went in today to get a refill, 1 fixed nail and polish change. First off the lady really pulled my arm close to her, was bending my fingers like no reason to be rough. 2nd the polish looks like a child did them. 3rd the the shape looks really off. Why can’t nail salons do square nails anymore. I won’t be returning!
01/24 - I could only write one review so I have to add to my old one. I just went back three weeks after for a refill and took my daughter in law for a full set and my husband for a pedicure. I had a woman who did a blue and white snow-flake theme for the winter holiday. I had asked her name and forgot now. I think it might be Tracey but i think I'm wrong. 1 million out of 10 they did excellent. I went in there with an inspo picture and walked out with nails that look exactly like the inspo picture. The whole process was very fast and they took great care of me. I will definitely be back as someone who has never been able to find a salon that does my nails correctly. I've been doing them myself for the past few years no more. Kevin was my nail tech and I definitely recommend him!
I recently visited this nail salon for a pedicure and was extremely disappointed with the service. I paid roughly $60 for a pedicure that lasted only about 15 minutes. Not only was the entire process rushed, but they also attempted to use a foot callus remover on me that had clearly been used on another guest. This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic.
