Went with my cousin and received terrible service. Do NOT recommend. I tried asking if they could file my nails a little bit more to my liking and the lady that was doing them said no. Honestly disappointed, do not waste your time in this facility.
First and last time coming to this place. I was assigned to Tammy (which I had seen so many great reviews on) I asked for a manicure and pedicure but Tammy was NOT gentle at all whatsoever. Starting with my manicure, she completely over filed all of my nails. The icing on the cake was when she completely destroyed one of my cuticles. Attached is a picture. She was completely un phased and did not apologize for hurting me and making me bleed. I asked if I could please rinse my finger (because I was bleeding) and Tammy said “N... read more
