I’ve never left a negative review before, however I’m so saddened by my experience. I was waiting months for my birthday to utilize a gift certificate my friend gifted me to this salon that she’s been raving about. There was no expiry on it. I used google maps and called the salon prior to book for my appointment, informing I had a gift certificate. But when I arrived, I was told that they changed businesses— it’s no longer Ombré Nails so they couldn’t honor the gift certificate. While I can respect that, how are you benefit... read more

Did not have a good experience here - the pedicure and manicure were okay but the manicure was not very carefully done and I got little wounds on two fingers. The pedicure also was not too good, scrubbing was done well enough. The polish was not good so I had to switch from gel chrome to Regular shimmer but even that didn’t stay on properly so I ended up taking the polish off altogether.
