I found this place by looking on Google and it's reviews. It's also convenient to where I live. I've tried a lot of different nail salons in the past so I wanted to give this place a try. I booked an appointment online and when I arrived I was greeted by Ty, he was very welcoming as was their entire staff. Ty listened to what my concerns were and what I wanted. Update: 1/10 -I went back to see Carla for my fill. I wanted something very simple and she did amazing! I will be back! They were very accommodating to my children getting their nails done. Very sweet making them feel welcome.🙂 thank you guys! Carla did my nails today and they came out phenomenal! She's professional and kind! Her attention to detail is incredible!!! I had an amazing experience at the nail salon! Jannie did my gel manicure and pedicure and everything turned out perfect. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. My nails look beautiful and the gel polish was applied flawlessly. The salon was clean, relaxing, and the staff made the whole visit enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Jannie to anyone looking for a great mani and pedi! 💅✨
Honestly some of the best customer service, attentiveness and professionalism I’ve received in a while. I was recommended by a friend to try Ombré Nails Ballantyne for Build-Up Gel and was definitely not disappointed. Ivy did such an amazing job with the shape, length and kept easy going conversation! Truly so grateful for the experience! Come visit and ask for Ivy she will have your ideas come to life!
Ivy, Lyn, and Lee did amazing with a pedicure and full set. The quality of work and attention to detail were superb! The customer service also exceeded my expectations. We will be returning with friends and family. We are very excited to call this our new nail home.
