While doing my underarms they dropped wax on my hair and they got stuck really bad. The entire parlor was in a rush just to close. And right after that she had the audacity to blame my hair quality while screwing it up with wax . Absolutely no shame. Terrible experience! Won’t recommend. Also all the reviews mentioned here seem to be fake. Because if someone cares they wouldn’t dare to blame your hair rather apologize for what they just did.

Recently visited this salon on a friend’s recommendation and was styled by Raman and her team — they did an absolutely amazing job with both hair and makeup! If you’re looking to glam up for any occasion, I highly recommend them. Professional, talented, and such a lovely experience overall!

I got my balayage done at Ombré Salon and absolutely loved the results! Raman was so welcoming and professional, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions based on her expertise. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for beautiful hair colour and excellent service!
