While doing my underarms they dropped wax on my hair and they got stuck really bad. The entire parlor was in a rush just to close. And right after that she had the audacity to blame my hair quality while screwing it up with wax . Absolutely no shame. Terrible experience! Won’t recommend. Also all the reviews mentioned here seem to be fake. Because if someone cares they wouldn’t dare to blame your hair rather apologize for what they just did.
