Haircut and colour was good, but taking a star off because I specifically booked on a Tuesday to get the student discount (clearly advertised on the website and I’ve gotten it before), but was told they don’t do it?
First visit at Ombel I was very pleased with the welcoming vibe I felt as soon as I entered through the door. My appointment with Yazan was great! He listened and understood what kind of cut I wanted. He did an amazing job, I was very pleased and booked my next appointment with him.
I am so happy I found Ombel Salon! Yazan is a master at color correction! He transformed my warm hair into a gorgeous, blended ashy beige balayage. The transition is seamless. Beyond his talent, Yazan is great to talk to and made the time fly by. The front desk and everyone are also so friendly and accommodating. I loved the little touches, like the latte and chocolate! I’ve definitely found my go-to hair spot in Ottawa.
Had the most wonderful experience with Yazan. He gave me a beautiful hair cut and was a delight to talk to! The place has a great ambience. Highly recommend it.
