I had a Samsung service appt window from 10-2. The technician texted me at 9am that he would call when he was on the way. He called at 9:30 and said he would be there in 40 min. They never showed up. I called the number back, and the phone line was disconnected or turned off. I texted the number they texted me from, and no text was being delivered because it was a dead line. I called the company and got no answer and left a voicemail.

I have been waiting several weeks for Repair on a fridge that didn't work straight from delivery and was supposed to receive repair yesterday Wednesday October 2nd between 12-4. I never received a call prior to them coming out and finally left for a church at 5:30. They showed up closer to 6 Central time (they operate on Eastern so it would have been around 7 their time) while we were at church. Very bad service , unprofessional they reschedule my repairs 4 times giving unacceptable reasons for last one months , I will highly recommend Samsung to reconsider doing business with them and continue thier authorize dealer for repairs

Have called numerous times and no one even answers. Based on reviews ill take that as a blessing
