Horrible, Horrible experience. Called around trying to set up an emergency fund for my family. Spoke with Jessica the branch manager on the phone who said "Currently we can do a 2% money market account" I let her know that sounded great and would definitely be opening an account with them. Fast forward to Saturday and google says they are open. Head up there and there lobby is closed. Not their fault its google's no big deal. Your Dormant Account criteria should be changed. I have only 1 CD at OMB and if I don’t log into my digital account periodically my account goes dormant. I may not want to look at my CD but one time a year. That exceeds your dormancy limit. If I am going to loan you money for your needs then I would like to access my digital account whenever or as little as I would choose. Not you.
