They are irresponsible in their work. I went to change my tires and the next day a screw broke. I went to complain and they say it's not their fault since they themselves mounted and dismounted the tires, and they don't have the decency to apologize and accept responsibility for the damage. Even if they were the only tire company in Seattle, I wouldn't go back.
They looked at my car, test drove it for me, and determined that I would need to go to a dealer. After that, they didn’t charge me any inspection fee or anything!
Fast, great service, and reasonable price! Went in for a tire pressure sensor issue, and they fit me in despite being pretty busy. No appointment was needed
They charged me $100 for a 5 minute patch of a nail hole. Expect to be sized up and they’ll charge you what they think they can get away with. Nice rims in store, which I guess goes with the vibe. Edit: The tire failed a month later and they said it wasn’t because of the nail, so no warranty coverage, then tried to sell me 4 new tires. Do not go to this place.
