Great service and the technician was very prompt and friendly. He wore a mask and was conscious of social distancing which we appreciated. And we were very happy with the way the carpets turned out.

Tried to use a local business. Had an appointment between 12-3, No one showed up and no one called. I finally called them at 3:15. The person that answered the phone stated they would reach out to a local technician and call me right back. 5:20 got here and once again I got no call. I understand if you can't make an appointment but the fact that you can't give a customer a common courtesy call is not acceptabel
This is by far the best place to go for carpet cleaning, custom rugs and runners. I have been working professionally with them for just over 2 years and have always been blown away by the excellent service they are able to provide time after time. They have saved me when in a pinch and they are a company I can rely on. Len, Annette and the team are incredible.
