These guys saved us from a total disaster. During a snow storm, I reached out to anyone I could, Omar was the only one to listen and show empathy when he heard our plaster ceiling was collapsing. He directed us on how to mitigate the loss and instructed to my husband how exactly to secure the player and Sheetrock until he could get there the Next day after the storm.
