I had a very disappointing experience. I sent all my documents three days in advance and was patiently waiting for a response. Since I hadn’t heard back, I sent a polite message at 8 AM saying that he could call me whenever he was free. When he called, he was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional during the conversation. I felt insulted and uncomfortable with the way I was treated. Clients deserve respectful communication, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I would not recommend.
