I had the pleasure of working with Omar on helping mutual buyers on their first home purchase. Omar was very informative, supportive, and on top of his negotiations with listing side. He was spot on his estimated value of the home because of the actual research and hard work he put into it. He was very responsive to me and very easy to work with. Working with Omar Sanchez to sell our home was an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, he was incredibly personable, professional, and fast. The marketing for the house was top-tier—he took such beautiful pictures of the property that we almost couldn’t recognize it! Omar made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and talented real estate agent!
He made the process much easier, and made sure all our questions and concerns where meet. He was available through the whole process. Great person over all very Professional.
Recently vacated an apartment in Little village/Pilsen after a 1 yr lease, which was facilitated thru Omar and have to say it was a five-star experience. Any and all issues were addressed in a timely manner thru Omar. Polite and respectful interactions, smooth transition upon vacating, received deposit back on time. Highly recommend, and will definitely stay in touch for the future!
My husband & I had been looking for a home for 7 months before we met our realtor Omar. He guaranteed he would find us a home within 60 days and did just that! We are first time home buyers and he made sure we were informed through out the whole process every step of the way till we got our keys in our hand. Very professional, knowledgeable, and very good at communicating. Would definitely recommend him to any of our family and friends!
