I love and would highly recommend them the nurses and staff go above and beyond here my parents went here and recommend them they welcomed me in like they've known me my whole life there super quick about getting you what you need and refills and of course equipment the Dr's are so caring and actually listen to what you have to say and are great about explaining everything to you and love to answer your questions hopefully my loved ones won't have to see them outside of me but if they do I'm sending them here

First, Dr. Omar A. Minai is a polite, well-intentioned doctor who I personally believe has his patients best interests at heart. On the other hand, the support staff working with him is atrocious. Staff is rude, disorganized, and unprofessional. Despite the doctor's assurance someone will contact the patient, no one ever does. Worse still, if you call the office, not only will there be no answer, you can not leave a message because the mailbox is full. All wants to do is give you a sleep machine. The ladies upfront are rude don’t help you put you on hold and never pick back up. I needed new in healers they told me I could not get them till I see him again even though it would be another month. All about money
