I go every 8 weeks. I have a busted eye vessel. Dr. Patel is fixing it with eye shots. Very professional and friendly.
Great doctor after you’ve been gone for a year, they pawn you off on the next doctor and I don’t like that. My doctor and I had a plan and I was going by my plan. The nurse practitioner comes in and says something totally different so I asked to see my doctor And she did not like that so I seat there 25 minutes and my doctor never came so I got up and left and didn’t go back and he never called to see what happened.
They do not answer the phone - bad with communication. The front desk is unprofessional
My husband passed away from not being able to get a refill on his insulin. We called the emergency line twice and never received a returned call. I talked to the office and asked for a refill on Monday and was assured it would be called in. It wasn’t called in until Tuesday morning after his death. He went from Fri till Tuesday without his insulin. And CVS in Cedar Hill wasn’t any help either. They could have given him enough to last for a few days. He has never gone without his insulin.
