I lived in Bayonne for over 30 and saw a few pulmonary drs . Without a doubt Dr Bey is without a doubt the most kind , caring Dr. always taking the time with me, always making sure I had the best of care . I moved out of state 6 years ago and sadly my health has declined due to lack proper health care . I miss you Dr Bey!! And for his patients , you are in the hands of best !! Rue Conklin (Guardino)
